Landscape
Our landscape company is RHH. They do our maintenance program and irrigation. If you see any problems, please notify our management company.
Our sprinklers run only at night or during early morning hours unless our landscape company is doing a monthly check of the system. If you see any sprinklers on or notice any problems, please let us know.
If you see any vandalism taking place, please contact our management company. Every form of vandalism is a cost to our residents. Most of the vandalism that occurs in Kings River Village is in our parks or knocking heads off the sprinklers.

Street Fogging:
Service Description - This service helps mitigate and control the population of mosquitoes in the local area. The application truck is a marked vehicle with strobe caution lights and will complete services throughout the neighborhood at speeds of 10-12mph. The fogging machine is gas-powered and exceptionally loud to serve as a warning or let you know, to make your way indoors. If we encounter pedestrians near the treatment zone we will turn off the fogging machine and move on until it's safe to resume fogging. The chemical(s) we use have no long-term residual in the air or ground and act solely as a contact kill for the target insect, the Mosquito.

Park & Pool Fogging:
Service Description - This service helps mitigate and control mosquitoes in a local area for up to 3 weeks after each fogging service. We complete this service by gas powered backpack foggers at the community's 3 main parks. Having this service completed will greatly reduce mosquito activity in and around the parks. If you happen to be at a park on an early morning and it's time for the fogging service you may be asked to exit the park area for 1hr, or until the service is completed and the application tech has removed the warming signs and left the area.
