Effective April 1, 2011, the pool is maintained by Jeff Ellis & Associates. It is open to all residents of Kings River Village. In addition, the pool and/or the pool house may be rented to residents only for private parties.

Pool ID Wristbands Required
All residents must wear the coded wristband at all times while inside the pool area. Wristbands are supplied at no cost to homeowners, provided the year end May 31, 2011 association assessment or any other amounts due the association are paid. You must fill out a form
(download form) and return it to Sterling Association Management. On the weekends starting May 7th and running through Sunday, May 15th, you will be able to pick up your wristbands at the Kings River Pool from 11am - 3pm. After that you will need to pick them up at the office of Sterling Association Management from 9am - 5pm Mondays thru Fridays.
