Tara Energy is now our village electrical provider and we expect significant savings in the coming year.  They will also be mailing out postcards to our residents offering great per kwh prices.  In addition,  If you sign up with them, our HOA will receive a 1% rebate quarterly from Tara Energy based on your monthly bill.  There is also a one-time $75 rebate to the homeowner after the first month.  You can go to TaraEnergy.com  and use the promo code "Sterling" to find your rate which will include the $75 rebate.  Please consider this to not only lower your rate but also help with our village operating cost.
