Kingwood is known for our extensive greenbelts and trails. These are nature areas and are part of our LIVEABLE FOREST. Many of you who live along these trails do so because it affords you some privacy, as you don’t have any back door neighbors. We want to make it clear that if you feel the vegetation and/or limbs of the trees in this nature reserve are encroaching on your property you have the right to trim back as far as you feel is necessary, including behind your fence. We, the board, have made it a policy to not trim back this foliage as many residents have made it clear that they don’t want us to disturb the natural area.
