Your comfort and enjoyment of the community you live in depends upon what you expect from and give to the community. Kings River Village Community Association (KRVCA) is a deed-restricted community. The deed restrictions, established by the developer, are intended to ensure a reliable set of expectations for the residents.

 

To maintain the deed restrictions, the community has a board of seven volunteers, who are Kings River Village residents, who maintain oversight for the operation of the community. In addition, Sterling Association Management is contracted to manage our daily affairs. Sterling is your source for all information related to the community.

 

KRVCA has monthly board meetings. These meetings are your opportunity to raise questions, become involved, or simply to observe and gain a better understanding of how your community is maintained.

 

*If a quorum (four board members) cannot be met, the monthly meeting may be canceled without notice.

 

This website is to aid in providing you with the information you need. It is not a complete set of information. Updates will be done, as needed. This website enables us to do a better job of sharing information with the community. Similarly, you can send us an e-mail from the website to the KRVCA Board of Directors and Sterling. All responses will come from Sterling.
