Waste Management Sticker Program
Posted on Sep 4th, 2014
Waste Management recently updated their sticker program informational sheets. They are currently running audits of non-paying customers and plan to send communication out to homeowners that have not set up a WM account. In addition, their drivers are making sure that homeowners have stickers before servicing. In the past they’ve done random audits, but there is a push for no sticker then no service. If you have not received the sticker in a timely manner, please call immediately to report it. View details on how it works.

Dumping on Community Property
Posted on Jun 2nd, 2014
There are some residents of our village who are continuing to deposit their yard waste on your community property.  It is most evident along the Greenbelt Trail that winds through our subdivision and those homes who back up to vacant areas.  This is uncalled for and dangerous since when it dries it becomes a fire hazard.  Someone has to eventually remove it and we all pay for this.  It is also illegal in Texas to dump on private property.   If you see anyone dumping on your community property please call the Sterling Management Company at 832/678-4500 and ask for the Kings River representative.  You can also email a photo to andrea@sterlingasi.com.

Requesting Volunteers!
Posted on Feb 21st, 2014
Attention Explorer Scouts:   If you need a community project this summer I have one for you in Kings River Village.  The Greenbelt Trail in Kings River intersects streets and cul de sacs.  The name of these are stenciled onto the sidewalk so users of the trail will know their location.  Project:  Repaint these street names.  This will require a rectangular background with the street names stenciled on it.  For this project we will supply the stencils and paint.   For further information you can contact Jay Lapeze, 281-360-3362.
