Thank you to the residents of KRV
Posted on Sep 3rd, 2015
We, the Officers of the Houston Police Department and the Deputies of the Harris County Sheriff's Department who work for you in Kings River, would like to thank all the citizens of Kings River for your kind words and support since the tragic death of Deputy Darren Goforth. We have been stopped numerous times over the last few days while on patrol here in the subdivision and offered condolences and kind words of support. We appreciate this very much and know how fortunate we are to work for such fine citizens as you, here in Kings River. Thank you again!

Dumping on Community Property
Posted on Jun 2nd, 2014
There are some residents of our village who are continuing to deposit their yard waste on your community property.  It is most evident along the Greenbelt Trail that winds through our subdivision and those homes who back up to vacant areas.  This is uncalled for and dangerous since when it dries it becomes a fire hazard.  Someone has to eventually remove it and we all pay for this.  It is also illegal in Texas to dump on private property.   If you see anyone dumping on your community property please call the Sterling Management Company at 832/678-4500 and ask for the Kings River representative.  You can also email a photo to
