The lawsuit against Pinehurst Trail Holdings, to restrict potential development of the golf course property, including the "4th nine", is scheduled to go to trial starting April 30th, and is expected to continue for two weeks thereafter. Many of you have friends and neighbors who will be testifying in the matter. Everyone is encouraged to attend any day that they can, to show support for our neighborhood. 152nd Judicial District Court of Harris County in downtown Houston, 201 Caroline. Parking is available on street level or in any of the many garages surrounding the Civil Courthouse. Court is usually in session starting at 9AM, Monday through Thursday. Show up, show support for your neighborhood!

During last summer's wild fires, when the fires approached subdivisions, embers would fall from the sky. Homes whose roof and gutters were clear were untouched. Homes with debris in the gutters, burned to the ground.
